Greetings, fellow members. I joined the clan a couple of days ago, and have been meaning to make a post on here, and finally got around to doing it.
Some things about me - I'm in my mid-20s, started gaming a long time ago on the N64. From there shifted to Playstation, and really haven't looked back. The first FPS I really enjoyed and played non-stop of CoD4: Modern Warfare. Me and my relationship with FPS games seems to come together in large bunches, followed by a shift into other things, then coming back again for some time. Something I like to get out of games is a good story (It's why Bioshock (1) is my favorite game, and yes, I'm aware the irony in enjoying Destiny, a game with hardly any story). I only made the upgrade to the PS4 about 5 months ago, and based on what I read online felt like getting Destiny w/ TTK was worth it. I'm still enjoying playing the game despite pouring so much time into it (though the fucking quest for the exotic sword is really testing my patience). I thought reaching the level cap meant a slow decline in the game, but like most of you figured out, the game really doesn't start until you reach level 40. Once I tried a Raid with randoms, I realized that the game really isn't much fun on your own. I initially joined a small group of guys, but since most of them have known each-other a while, I just wasn't being a part of anything.
So I looked online, and found the reddit post looking for recruits. So after reading up, I decided to to apply, and happy to be accepted.
As for Destiny game notes - I run all 3 classes, though currently all 3 aren't on the same level (yet). I like to do the raid once a week, twice at most. I'm in CST, and due to work schedule weekday nights I'm really not on until 8 EST. Since I've already received help on a mission, I'd be more than happy to repay that gesture by assisting others when I can.
Thank you for allowing me to join, and I look forward to hanging out with you all
