Hello Ishtar Cartel Hadiller here. I am going to try and set up a regular weekly KF Normal Mode raid. The goal will be to help everyone get to run the raid, get to see the fights and also to hopefully get people geared to tackle Hard Mode as well as the HM challenges. This will be the goal so that we can have enough people that not only have the needed gear but also have the knowledge to be ready to help in HM runs when needed.
Here is what i would like from my fellow guardians: Please post here what days and times would work best for you. It will help me to get an idea of when this could be run that would benefit people the most. If it ends up being say Thursday at 6:30PM then we will set it for then. If there is enough interest and time differences I can run a second day during the week.
The catch that everyone needs to understand is that this will be a learning process for most of the raid. I will try and wrangle some of the clan who know how to do the raid to help with that issue but it might not always happen. So keep in mind this run will be a couple of hours, there will be MANY, MANY times we die, wipe, etc. Just keep that in mind so that when you sign up for this it will not be a quick run.
I am also appealing to the admins and regular raiders to let me know if any of you would be up for helping with this. I would greatly appreciate this but I won't hold it against you if you are unable to assist. Except aandcwarner and renegade88, but that is for different, personal reasons.

Lastly I will list here some of the requirements for this boot camp:
Patience, the ability to listen to a raid leader and other members of the raid, not afraid to speak up if you don't understand a strat or what needs done. (it won't be held against you, we all had to learn it at some point), a microphone.
Weapons: A good high impact sniper rifle (1000 yard stare, black spindle are a few), a good higher impact heavy machine gun.
Also work on getting the quest to work on the Touch of Malice, this is not required but helpful. The faster this can be obtained the better damage you can do during Daughters and Oryx fight.

UPDATE: Just a small update. Renegade and I are working on getting this off the ground. We still have some more items to get finished and refined. Just wanted to let everyone know this idea isn't dead. Just taking longer then anticipated. We will update again when everything is almost set to go.
