Hi,
This topic is for players to list glitches they have experienced in the Vault of Glass raid in Destiny. Hopefully it will become an easy reference for Bungie and players. If you have proven work-arounds or known triggers, please list them as well. Please only include glitches that happened to you, or your fireteam that you witnessed, not merely something you heard about. Links to videos of the glitches happening are also welcome.
