I am currently reaching out to any and all interested clan members that might like a bit of responsibility added to their clan lives. I require at least two general moderators to help me keep the forums tidy, and also a nonspecific number of section specialists. What do these roles entail exactly? Glad you asked!

Moderators\\\\\
As a moderator your job is simple. Keep the forums clean, and keep the forums safe. You will need to...
-Lock raid threads the day after they are scheduled for
-Delete locked raid threads every Monday evening before reset
-Keep the peace among members (stop fights, close hate threads, etc)
-Be a source of information for all that may need guidance in regards to the forums as a whole (Where does this go, where can I find that thread, is this allowed, etc)
This position is easiest when kept up on. The more you can check in and do rounds, the better. All posts should be looked at, if only skimmed, and you should make it a point to post as often as possible. You should be known on the forums. Seen everywhere, and acknowledged by each user to some degree.
Things are slow, but as we grow it will become more difficult to keep up if you don't start making yourself a prominent figure. Know how to be friendly, but stern and authoritative when required.

Specialists\\\\\
A specialist is somebody who knows more than just a thing or two about a specific topic. Are you a crucible veteran with a k/d to be admired. Can you run circles around Oryx and take command of a fireteam? Have you collected every exotic Destiny has thrown in front of you and mastered each one just the same? Share that knowledge guardian.
Your job, is more a reflection of your expertise. Make guides. Explain tactics. Teach your clan mates how to follow in your footsteps! You will have limited moderator abilities within the section you specialize in. Keep tabs on everything said here, as it will be your home base. Chime in when somebody has their information wrong. Answer questions in a quick and timely manner so the ones asking can get the right information right away and start putting it into practice.
You are an informative beacon. Let them follow in your light, guardian.
